Ever look at any
of the issues of TALL TAILS and just wonder, "how
does she do that?" Well, look no further. I'm going
to give you an insider view as to what goes into every single
page I produce. I apologize
to all of you aspiring artists out there who'd like a more personal
critique from me but unfortunately I really don't have the time
to do so. I hope this tutorial helps as much as I can make them.

- A TALL TAILS
HISTORY LESSON
- Everything has to start
somewhere. Check out these moldy oldies from "back in the
day." Although they make me shudder, as least I can bask
in the knowledge that my artwork has improved over the years,
and you can enjoy the fact that artists don't spring fully talented
from some mythical well somewhere. We gotta work just as hard
at our craft as anyone else to get good at it.

The Challenge
This was one of the original
introduction stories that was supposed to appear in REVELATIONS,
our very first anthology title. We were planning on printing
it in color which didn't work out so the project was scrapped
along with these pages. |

Harmony's Nudge
Don't ask me what the
title means - I have no idea... This is the story that eventually
was printed in the black and white version of REVELATIONS.
The scene refers to events that happen in the second story arc,
"The Tears of Talis". |
